Quick answers for setup, billing, the widget, and AI knowledge.
Open Widget in your dashboard, copy the script tag, and paste it before </body> on your site. Set the allowed domain to match your live hostname. WordPress, Wix, Webflow, and Shopify all support custom code embeds.
From Knowledge, enter your website URL and scan. We crawl public pages, extract text, and build chunks the AI can use. Review and edit pages after scanning. You can also add manual knowledge when a page is missing.
Paid plans include a monthly AI credit allowance. Credits are charged when the AI model answers (token-based). When credits run out, Manual Answers and safe fallbacks keep the chat working. Buy credit packs from Billing if you need more mid-month.
Free accounts can use the widget with manual/deterministic replies (no AI allowance). After the monthly manual-reply cap, new leads may be held until you upgrade to a paid plan.
Go to Billing and open the Stripe Customer Portal (Manage billing). You can update payment method, switch plans, or cancel at period end.
Confirm the script uses the correct public agent ID, your subscription is active (in production), and the page origin matches the allowed domain. Check Widget → install status for last seen.
