Varynqo LeadAgent collects account information from business users and lead information from website visitors when they interact with the AI receptionist.
We may collect business profile data, account email, website URL, widget settings, conversation transcripts, visitor-submitted names, phone numbers, email addresses, service details, location, and preferred dates.
We use this information to provide the SaaS platform, train the business-specific AI knowledge base, capture leads, send notifications, process billing through Stripe, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
Payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
