Varynqo LeadAgent collects account information from business users and lead information from website visitors when they interact with the AI receptionist.
We may collect business profile data, account email, website URL, widget settings, conversation transcripts, visitor-submitted names, phone numbers, email addresses, service details, location, preferred dates, team memberships, and AI usage metering data.
We use this information to provide the SaaS platform, power the business-specific AI knowledge base, capture leads, send notifications, process billing, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
We use OpenAI to process conversation prompts and generate replies when AI is enabled. We use Stripe to process subscription and credit-pack payments. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
